Greenwood Heights is a neighborhood of flat brick facades making their case in the same blunt language, and 218 23rd Street stands apart by what it removed rather than what it added. The corners curve instead of stopping at ninety degrees, so daylight grazes the brick and the building seems to glow against its sharper-edged neighbors. Inside, four townhouse-scaled homes carry one continuous material logic from the lobby to the last room, with private outdoor space front and rear and ceilings over nine feet.
