Children aren't a demographic at The Ainsley. They're the whole premise. The rear yard resolves into a landscaped garden and playground. Upstairs, the roof splits in two: one half hushed and composed for the adults, the other handed over completely to the noise of being young. Facade, amenities, and every residence come from the same hand, so a family never has to relearn the building once they're inside it.
