The design for 60 N 1st St is a refined take on organic modernism, creating a sophisticated and comfortable urban environment. A muted, earthy color palette, combining it with the tactile warmth of natural materials. The main lobby establishes a tone of quiet elegance with its plastered walls and tiled floors, balanced by a bold, textured concrete block screen and a lava rock reception desk. This aesthetic flows seamlessly into the co-working lounge, where a custom-designed, rounded sofa and soft, globe-shaped lighting create a relaxed atmosphere.
This design focuses on simple, refined details. From the vertical wood slats in the corridors to the sculptural numbering, every element is chosen to elevate the everyday experience. The spaces are designed to feel both dynamic and deeply calming, with each component thoughtfully curated.
