Williamsburg rewards buildings with a point of view, and 60 North 1st Street makes its argument quietly. Fifty-six homes are organized around a lobby where rough and refined sit together: a textured screen, a reception desk cut from volcanic stone, plastered walls holding the light. That balance carries into the co-working lounge, the spa, and the corridors, where small sculptural decisions do the work louder buildings assign to statement pieces. Dynamic and calming at once, which is the neighborhood itself on a good day.
