Downtown Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, and Dumbo converge at 131 Concord Street, and the building answers to all three without belonging fully to any of them. Inside its 73 residences, market-rate and income-restricted homes share a single design standard, one level of care, not two. The shared spaces run as a connected sequence, lobby through lounge to a rooftop with Manhattan views and a quiet landscaped courtyard below, giving the building two registers, social and contemplative, both meant to be used.
