Hackensack is becoming a city people choose to live in, not just commute through, and 95 Anderson was designed for that ambition rather than the old commuter math. Arrival is composed and tactile, warm and quiet at once. The co-working floors are zoned for genuine focus, not occupancy, and softened geometry keeps the shared spaces from ever reading as corporate. The result is a building that is deliberate about who it serves, which is exactly what a city in the middle of its own reinvention deserves.
